3) TECHNICAL MISTAKE.
If you just put the floss between your teeth and only move it up and down you are unable to detach bacteria that are “hidden” at the gum line, which are capable of causing diseases. So wrap your tooth with dental floss to form the English letter C before starting the movement.
4) TOOTHPICKS ETC.
If you clean the areas between your teeth with your nails, toothpicks, with staples or antyhing else sharp,you are risking to injure and destroy your gums.
5) BELIEVING THAT BRUSHING IS ENOUGH.
