Dental plaque formation

Dental plaque is a sticky, colorless film of bacteria that is formed on the tooth surface. It is not removed from the area by simply rinsing the oral cavity but with proper brushing. It is well known that it plays a major role in the appearance of most dental problems, such as decay.

You must be wondering now how you can prevent yourself from this evil bacteria.Let’s see some basic details, plaque is created when foods that contain carbohydrates, remain on the tooth surface. Bacteria thrive on the oral cavity when such foods are present and produce acids as a result.
