Placement – implantation

For successful implantation a specialist’s coordination is necessary.  The detailed clinical and radiographic examination of each clinical case ensures a good prognosis.

The anesthesia and hygienic requirements during implantation are the same as that required for any other oral surgery.

Following surgical placement-implantation is either the direct placement of the final prosthesis or the implants remain buried under the gums for a healing period lasting from 3 to 6 months and then, the permanent prosthesis is placed.

In the meantime, temporary prosthetic restorations are placed until the final ones are ready!
